Well, above it anyway. The ranch encompasses 1100 acres situated between two major gulches, Helemano Gulch and Opaeula Gulch. Sunset Beach and Turtle Bay are to our north. Honolulu is to our east. Schofield Barracks is to our south and the Island of Kauai is to our west.

Is your beef 'Organic'??

We decided that the words organic and natural have confused the issue more than doing any good. We prefer to describe our beef, even if it takes more time and words by saying that it is 100% Grass-fed and Pasture Raised. We feed NO animal by-products, antibiotics or hormones. Our Angus and Angus Crossbred Cattle are Hawaii born and raised.
