Guide to Purchasing Bulk Beef

 

Each head of cattle is different as far as weight and various beef cuts that are available. Also, with quarters there is the front quarter, which has different cuts from a hindquarter.  The cuts from the hindquarter are more expensive because it contains most of the “high end” steak cuts.

To give you a better bulk product, we are offering, “split quarters and sides containing the variety of cuts you would find in a side of beef taken from the front and hind quarters

NOTE:  Weights listed here are approximate weights since carcasses vary in size.  All products are vacuum packed & chilled.  Ground Beef is frozen.  Prices include G.E. tax and delivery.  Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
